Annual Contract for Removal, Replacement, and Disposal of Sulfatreat 156 Media at the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility
SEALED BIDS will be received by the Visalia Purchasing Division at 707 W. Acequia Avenue, Visalia 93291, until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025, for an annual contract for Removal, Replacement, and Disposal of Sulfatreat 156 Media at the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility. This public works project is subject to state requirements, including payment of prevailing wages, DIR registration, etc. For specifications and bid documents, call (559) 713-4334 or email purchasing@visalia.gov. The documents are also available at various builders’ exchanges.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for this project on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, at 9:30am at the City of Visalia Water Reclamation Facility located at 7579 Ave 288, Visalia, CA 93277. Interested Bidders are encouraged to attend.
The City affirmatively ensures Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice. Individuals and/or entities submitting to the City of Visalia will not be discriminated against.
