The premises described in the mortgage from Michael C. Vale dated August 8, 2023 and recorded in the Foster Land Evidence Records at Book 218, Page 403, will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on October 17, 2025 at 12:00 PM on the premises, by virtue of the Judgment entered on June 27, 2025 by the Providence Superior Court, Case No. PM-2024-05310, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
The Property is located in Foster, Rhode Island and Sterling, CT. A contemporaneous sale will be conducted by a CT Committee by virtue of a Judgment entered on August 18, 2025 in the Connecticut Superior Court, District of Windham at Putnam, Case No. WWMCV246031018S and RI Auctioneer; One buyer must purchase the Property in both states.
$5,000.00 certified or bank check is required to bid. Other terms will be announced at the sale.
The Mortgagee hereby gives notice of its intention to bid at such sale or any postponement or adjournment thereof as authorized by said Judgment.
The sale and mortgagee’s delivery of a deed to the successful high bidder at the foreclosure sale is subject to the entry of final orders of the Providence Superior Court and the Connecticut Superior Court for the Judicial District of Windam, in the above-referenced matters, approving the sale to such high bidder.
