NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Gary A. Hollis, Cindy L. Hollis to RTN Federal Credit Union, dated October 26, 2018 and recorded in the Middlesex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 71861, Page 404, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing, the same will be sold at Public Auction at 10:00 AM on October 23, 2025, on the mortgaged premises located at 33 Curley Drive, Hudson, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage,

CURLEY, JULY 27, 1954, MACCARTHY ENGINEERING SERVICE, INC.", RECORDED WITH MIDDLESEX SOUTH DISTRICT REGISTRY OF DEEDS AS PLAN NO.1162 OF 1955, AT END OF BOOK 8497, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
SOUTHERLY BY THE NORTHERLY LINE OF CURLEY DRIVE, AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAN, ONE HUNDRED (100) FEET;
WESTERLY BY LOT# 50, AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAN, TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT AND 76/100 (228.76) FEET; NORTHERLY BY LAND NOW OR FORMERLY OF CHARLES AND ADDIE M. HAMMOND, AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAN, ONE HUNDRED AND 33/100 (100.33) FEET; EASTERLY BY LOT# 52, AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAN, TWO HUNDRED TWENTY AND 65/100 (220.65) FEET.
SAID LOT# 51 CONTAINING 22,471 SQUARE FEET AND ALL ACCORDING TO SAID PLAN. THE PREMISES ARE CONVEYED TOGETHER WITH ALL RIGHTS, PRIVILEGES, AND EASEMENTS IN AND OVER HEARTHSTONE DRIVE AND CURLEY ROAD, AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAN, FOR ALL PURPOSES FOR WHICH STREETS AND ROADS ARE COMMONLY USED IN THE TOWN OF HUDSON, TOGETHER WITH OTHERS SIMILARLY ENTITLED THERETO.
Subject to a first mortgage dated March 2, 2005 and recorded in the Middlesex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds at Book 44752, Page 219 in the original principal amount of $224,000.00.

These premises will be sold and conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all rights, rights of way, restrictions, easements, covenants, liens or claims in the nature of liens, improvements, public assessments, any and all unpaid taxes, tax titles, tax liens, water and sewer liens and any other municipal assessments or liens or existing encumbrances of record which are in force and are applicable, having priority over said mortgage, whether or not reference to such restrictions, easements, improvements, liens or encumbrances is made in the deed.
TERMS OF SALE:
A deposit of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars by certified or bank check will be required to be paid by the purchaser at the time and place of sale.
