YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a hearing has been scheduled regarding these matters in the Marion Superior Court a(n) Trial Hearing on 12/8/2025 at 2:10 PM. • Pursuant to Administrative Rule 14, arrangements have been made for you to participate in this hearing by phone or video. You will receive instructions prior to the hearing instructing you on how to participate in the hearing. It is your responsibility to provide your Family Case Manager with a working phone number. YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to participate telephonically or by video for this hearing. You should not appear in person. At said hearing, the Court will consider the Petition and evidence thereon and will render its decision as to whether the above named minor child is child in need of services and shall enter adjudication accordingly.
