APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94639 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 4th day of August 2025 Truckee Meadows Water Authority of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.667 c.f.s., 39.41 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 74935. Water will be diverted from Thomas Creek at a point located within the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 7, T18N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the center of Section 8, T18N, R20E, MDB&M bears N 70 degrees 30 minutes E, a distance of 6,550 feet (approx. 658 feet E-NE from the intersection of Palmira Drive and Creek Crossing Drive in Reno, NV). Water will be used for wildlife (return flow) purposes as decreed. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 13, T18N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 13 bears S 45 degrees 14 minutes 54 seconds E, a distance of 2,155.56 feet.
