ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS TOWN OF PELAHATCHIE, MISSISSIPPI   NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Pelahatchie, Mississippi will receive written and electronic sealed bids for the construction of that certain project designated as “Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements” until the hour of 2:00 PM, local time, on 28TH day, October 2025, in the Town of Pelahatchie City Hall, 702 2nd Street, Pelahatchie, Mississippi 39145; or electronically at www.waggonerengplans.com Registration and a valid email address are required for electronic id submission. Bids are to be stated for the construction of a tank and well and all other related items of work required to complete the project as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The Total Contract Time will be 365 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $700 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will at 2:00 P.M., local time, on 16TH day, October 2025 at the Town of Pelahatchie City Hall.
