YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a hearing has been scheduled before the Judge of the Delaware Circuit Court 2 for a(n) hearing Initial/Fact Finding Hearing 12/19/2025 at 10:00 AM and to answer the Petition for Termination of your Parental Rights of said child. Pursuant to Administrative Rule 14, arrangements have been made for you to participate in this hearing by phone or video. You will receive instructions prior to the hearing instructing you on how to participate in the hearing. It is your responsibility to provide your Family Case Manager with a working phone number. YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to participate telephonically or by video for this hearing. You should not appear in person. You are further notified that if the allegations in said petition are true, and/or if you fail to participate at the hearing, the Juvenile Court may terminate your parent-child relationship; and if the Court terminates your parent-child relationship you will lose all parental rights, powers, privileges, immunities, duties and obligations including any rights to custody, control, visitation, or support in said child; and if the Court terminates your parent-child relationship, it will be permanently terminated, and thereafter you may not contest an adoption or other placement of said child.
