City of Port Orchard   Request for Qualifications The City of Port Orchard solicits statements of qualifications from A&E consulting firms with expertise in street, structural, geotechnical, and hydraulic design, as well as construction phase consulting, to support the Annapolis Creek Fish Passage project. This project follows upstream and downstream fish passage improvements and is funded by a Department of Ecology grant. The proposed work includes the design and construction of a fish passage open box culvert or bridge under Sidney Road at Ruby Creek.   The selected firm will provide civil design (including roadway, culvert/bridge, and utility coordination), geotechnical and creek hydraulic design, environmental permitting and cultural resource review, and easement acquisition. Future services may include construction phase support.
