Water Rates LEGAL NOTICE Public Hearing Notice   In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 41 Sections 69B, the North Carver Water District Board of Water Commissioners hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing on   October 29, 2025 at 6PM in Meeting Room 4, Carver Town Hall   To discuss and vote on increasing rates and fees for all water users of the NCWD. The proposed rate increase will be 25% of the current rates. A letter outlining the actual figures will be mailed to all rate paying customers. Water rates have not been increased since 2019; another rate increase will occur next year to bring rates closer to actual fees needed to keep the NCWD solvent. The Town of Carver will still need to support the NCWD with funding until other commercial or more residential users are tied into the system.
