Bids Generator LEGAL NOTICE  TOWN OF SCITUATE FACILITIES DEPARTMENT INVITATION TO BID   Sealed bids are invited for the procurement and installation of a second generator at the Gates Middle School. This is a re-bid.   Bids will be received by the Town of Scituate, Town Administrator, 600 Chief Justice Cushing Highway, Scituate, MA 02066, on October 16, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. There is a mandatory site visit for any bidder that did not attend the August 29, 2025 site walk and must be arranged prior to submitting a bid. Project contact is Facilities Director Cameron MacDonald at cmacdonald@scituatema.gov.   The Town Administrator reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in part or in whole, as may be determined to be in the best interest of the Town of Scituate. Prices quoted to be in effect from the date of award. Bid deposit of 5% of the value of the bid and 50% payment bond required. Bids may not be withdrawn and will remain firm for thirty (30) days of bid opening, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays excluded.
