An action seeking to quiet title to and vacate unused roads, lanes, and paths in the Plat of Cornwell Acres (“Plat”) pursuant to the Land Division Act PA 228 of 1967, and otherwise, has been filed by Plaintiffs Grace Griese and David Griese. The unused roads, lanes, or paths to be vacated are as follows:
a. All of West Lane North of the East-West quarter line of Section 33 of Hamburg Township, excepting that part used as New Cornwell Lane (defined in the complaint).
b. All of East Cornwell Lane North of Lots 209 and 210, and that additional part of East Cornwell Lane South of Lot 207 to the centerline.
c. All of the path North of Lots 207 and 208, and that additional part of the path South of Lot 1 to the centerline.
d. All of Shore Lane South of Lots 5, 6, and 7.
The action was filed by Plaintiffs against many defendants including, but not limited to, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, or Assignees of the Deceased Frank I. Cornwell and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, or Assignees of the Deceased Laura J. Cornwell, in the 44th Circuit Court for the County of Livingston, State of Michigan, and the above named Defendants must answer or take other action permitted by law within 28 days after the last date of publication. If Defendants do not answer or take other action within the time allowed, judgment may be entered against them for the relief demanded in Plaintiffs’ complaint.
