NOTICE   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of Chalfont, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 7:00 PM at Chalfont Borough Hall, 40 N. Main Street, Chalfont, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the adoption of the proposed Ordinance which is summarized as follows:   If adopted, the proposed Ordinance would repeal Ordinance No. 335 in its entirety and replace it with Ordinance No. 476 to address the changing real estate market within the community.   The full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined at Chalfont Borough Hall located at 40 N. Main Street, Chalfont Borough, Pennsylvania 18914, during normal business hours and a copy of the proposed Ordinance has been provided to the Bucks County Law Library.   Michael J.
