MALDONADO TIM MALDONADO LENDMARK FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC MERCURY FUNDING, LLC      You are hereby notified that on the 16th day of October, 2018, the then Treasurer of the County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, sold at public sale to Mercury Funding, LLC the tax lien upon the following described real estate, situate in the City of Pueblo and County of Pueblo, viz:   LOTS 1 THRU 4 BLK 143 EAST PUEBLO HEIGHTS SUB 2ND   said sale being made to satisfy the delinquent general taxes assessed against said property for the year 2017, and certificate of purchase numbered 143 book 2018 was issued to Mercury Funding, LLC by said Treasurer.   That subsequent taxes upon said property for the years 2018, 2020, 2021 , 2022 and 2023 were paid by the holder of said certificate of purchase.   That at the time of said assessment and said sale said property was taxed in the name of Juanita S.
