BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 29th day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot Four (4) of Square Ninety-four (94) of the Poplar Grove Addition to the City of Alexandria, being the same property acquired by John W. Ward from Conrad B. Hunter as per Conveyance Book 210, Page 381, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
