LEGAL NOTICE   REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION STATEMENT ENGINEERING SERVICES 2025 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM   The City of Thibodaux is requesting qualification statements for engineering services for the following construction projects to be funded by the 2025 CDBG Program with funds provided by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.   • Construction of new sidewalks along Bobby Street from Sugar Cane Way (Phase II) to South Barbier Avenue and South Barbier Avenue to Midland Drive (Phase III).   Services to be provided include, but are not limited to: planning, design, bidding process and construction management of the project. Interested firms should furnish sufficient technical, supervisory and administrative personnel information to insure expeditious selection.   Qualification statements are to be submitted to the following address before 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 27, 2025.   City of Thibodaux Office of Housing & Community Development P.
