PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. the Planning Board of the Township of Freehold will hold a public hearing on the application of 315 West Main Street, LLC. The public hearing will take place at the Town Hall, 1 Municipal Plaza, Freehold, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located at 315 West Main Street, Freehold, New Jersey. Said premises are known as Block 69.05, Lot 35.03.
The application is for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval to construct a 3,553 s.f. addition to an 8,928 s.f. medical office building with a 660 s.f. breezeway to operate a dental/medical office. Variances are required for relief from the Scenic Corridor Buffer, to exceed maximum lot coverage, for minimum front yard setback, to allow parking within the required buffer and for non-compliant façade signage.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variances and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
The application for development and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Department of Planning and Zoning and are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Town Hall, 1 Municipal Plaza, Freehold, New Jersey. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
