TOWNSHIP OF PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PENDING BOND ORDINANCE AND SUMMARY The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the governing body of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, in the County of Morris, State of New Jersey, on September 25, 2025. It will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at the Municipal Building in the Township on October 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours at the Clerk's office for the members of the general public who shall request the same. The summary of the terms of such bond ordinance follows: Title: ORDINANCE 2025:22 BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS 2025 CAPITAL ACQUISITIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE GOLF UTILITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS, IN THE COUNTY OF MORRIS, STATE OF NEW JERSEY; APPROPRIATING $447,000 THEREFOR (A PORTION OF WHICH APPROPRIATION INCLUDES THE REAPPROPRIATION OF EXCESS BOND AND NOTE PROCEEDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $25,325.95) AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $421,674.05 BONDS OR NOTES TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF Purpose(s): The Bond Ordinance provides for various acquisitions and improvements to the Golf Utility consisting of (i) the purchase of various vehicles and equipment for the Knoll Golf Course, including, but not limited to, a dump truck, slice and seeder, all access utility picker, a loader and a baroness sweeper and (ii) roof repairs to the to the Knoll Golf Course Country Club and Catering Hall.
