TO: CRAIG M. SWIERCZAK, his heirs, deviseees and persoanl representatives and their or any of their successors in right, title and interest
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on the 20th day of August, 2025, the Superior Court fixed October 20, 2025, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Office of the Tax Collector of the Borough of Palmyra located at 20 West Broad St., , Palmyra, New Jersey, 08065 as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #22-00003 dated October 13, 2022, made by the Collector of Taxes for the Borough of Palmyra, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey and recorded in the office of the Burlington County Clerk/Register in mortgage book OR13654, page 1164 and covers real estate located at 829 Morgan Ave, Palmyra, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey known as Block 13, Lot 11 on the tax duplicate of the Borough of Palmyra, and assessed to Carl P. Swierczak. Total amount required to redeem is $66,059.65, together with interest from June 27, 2025, and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
