
NOTICE OF PETITION FOR ANNEXATION
BY OWNER OF REAL ESTATE
Notice is hereby given that there was filed with the Board of County Commissioners of Wayne County, Ohio, on August 19, 2025, a petition signed by Jonathan Millea, agent for petitioners and representing the owners of real estate in the territory of 245.868 acres seeking to be annexed to the City of Wooster, Ohio in the manner provided by law.
The undersigned is named in the petition as the agent of the petitioners in accordance with law. The petition contains a full description and an accurate plat of the territory sought to be annexed, and states that there are multiple owners of real estate in the territory, with the petitioner acting as their agent.
A public hearing has been set by the Wayne County Commissioners for Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, immediately following the Commissioners' 9:00 a.m. session. The place of hearing is the Wayne County Administration Building, 428 W. Liberty Street, Wooster, Ohio 44691 in the Commissioners' 2nd floor meeting room.
The territory so sought to be annexed is described as follows:

Situated in the Township of Wayne, T-16N; R-13W, Southwest Quarter of Section 32, Southeast & Southwest Quarters of Section 31 and Township of Wooster, T-15N; R-13W, Northeast Quarter of Section 6 & Northwest Quarter of Section 5, County of Wayne, State of Ohio: Known as being lands conveyed to David P. Graham, LLC in Volume 977, Page 1966 and lands conveyed to David Graham Successor Trustee of the Richard D. & Joan D. Graham Trust in Volume 976, Page 3589 and lands conveyed to Aaron C. & Anne M. Beginning at a stone found at the center of Section 31 ~ witnessed by a 5/8" capped pin with I.D. cap marked "RUDOLPH" found on the south side:

N 89° 34' 09" E, 551.47 feet along the north line of aforesaid Southwest Quarter of Section 31 to the place of beginning and containing within said bounds 245.868 acres of land of which 163.128 acres is in aforesaid Southeast Quarter of Section 31 and 0.496 acres is in aforesaid Southwest Quarter of Section 32 and 9.171 acres is in aforesaid Northwest Quarter of Section 5 and 65.193 acres is in aforesaid Northeast Quarter of Section 6 and 7.879 acres is in said Southwest Quarter of Section 31, more or less, and subject to all legal highways and easements of record.
