NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF AMES, IOWA 2025-26 TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROGRAM PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT The City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, will meet on October 28, 2025, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 515 Clark Avenue, Ames, Iowa, at 6:00 p.m., at which time it will hear objections to the plans, specifications, form of contract, and cost estimate for 2025-26 Traffic Signal Program. The general nature of the work is: Construction and installation of new traffic signal poles with mast arms and controller cabinet at the intersection of S. Duff Avenue & S. 3rd Street and miscellaneous related work and appurtenances in accordance with the contract documents.
