NOTICE OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS DUE ON IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF TEMPE, ARIZONA  All persons owning or interested in property in the City of Tempe, Arizona, heretofore assessed for improvements made under the provisions of the Improvement Acts, and the amendments hereto, will take notice that principal & interest becomes due and payable on or before the 1st day of December 2025 and if not so paid on or before said date, the same will become delinquent and a five percent penalty will be added to the amount thereof. If not paid thereafter, the property is subject to sale for such delinquency.
