Lots 683, 684, 685, 686, 687, 40938, 40939, 40940, 40941, part of Lot 688 and the vacated portion of Seccombe Pl. SW are replatted. A copy of the Vacation and Replat is attached to the ordinance as Exhibit A. Adopted as an emergency.
