Jividen, whose last place of residence is known as 1521 Napoleon Street, Fremont, OH 43420 but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 23, 2025, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of the Freddie Mac Seasoned Loans Structured Transaction Trust, Series 2019-3, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 25CV457 in the Court of Common Pleas Sandusky County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Dawn M. Jividen, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 1521 Napoleon Street, Fremont, OH 43420, PPN #34-50-00-2128-00. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
