INVITATION FOR BIDS AND PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of the City of Erie will receive sealed bids/proposals for the following: Gutter Cleaning at Various Locations. Sealed bids/proposals will be received until 10:30 a.m., Monday, October 13, 2025, at the Authority's Administration Office, 606 Holland St., Erie, PA 16501, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid documents may be obtained at the Housing Authority office, 606 Holland St., 814-452-2425 or downloaded at www.hace.org, click on Invitation to Bid. Pre-bid meetings are listed under Specifications, 10% bid bond required, Davis-bacon wages apply. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
