STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI   DOCKET NUMBER 271-2025-D   RE: IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHING THE MAXIMUM EFFICIENT RATE OF PRODUCTION OF GAS POOLS IN THE STATE AND THE ALLOCATION OF ALLOWABLES TO WELLS IN SAID POOLS FOR THE PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1, 2025, THROUGH MARCH 31, 2026.   PUBLIC NOTICE   Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that a meeting of the State Oil and Gas Board will be held in Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson Mississippi, on the 15TH day of October 2025, at 9:00 a.m., for the purpose of establishing the maximum efficient rate of production of gas pools and the allocation of allowables to wells in said pools for the period of October 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026, in the following fields:   Alcorn, Bacon, Balls Branch, Bassfield, Baxterville, Bolton, Buttahatchie River, Carson, Clara North, Corinne, Darbun North, Dexter, Ely Creek, Fourmile Creek, Free State, Gitano, Grange, Greens Creek, Gwinville, Heidelberg East, Heidelberg West, Hiwanee, Holiday Creek, Hub, Leaf River, Maben, Maxie, Mechanicsburg, Monticello Dome, Mount Olive East, Mount Olive West, Nettleton North, Oak Grove, Oak Ridge, Oakvale, Pistol Ridge, Poplar Springs, Poplarville East, Prentiss South, Robinwood, Sandy Hook, Sandy Hook West, Shannon East, Sharon, Siloam, Symphony, Tallabinnela Creek, Tiger, Topeka, Trebloc, Troy, Union Chapel, Union Church, Vintage, Williamsburg South   If you intend to contest same or request a continuance, you must notify the Board of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 o'clock, P.M. on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, (seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for said hearing). Failure to so notify the Board shall constitute a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance in said matter.
