Notice is hereby given that MPLX Terminals LLC., 539 South Main St., Findlay, OH 45840, has filed an application with the Energy & Environment Cabinet to perform annual maintenance dredging not to exceed 1,000 cubic yards at the Covington Barge Terminal Dock for the purpose of ensuring the continued safe use and navigation for barge loading/unloading and maintaining appropriate clearance for permanently moored dock barges. The project is located on the left bank of the Licking River at river mile 2.8 in Covington, Kenton County, Kentucky.
