Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Melissa Amberson and Jason Amberson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender, its successors and assigns, dated September 10, 2003 said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama, in Instrument Number M-2003-4755 . Said mortgage was subsequently sold, assigned and transferred to Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc.. Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse in Etowah County, Alabama on November 12, 2025, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following describe real estate situated in Etowah County, Alabama, to-wit:
