Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by James S. Hall and Renee Hall to Wells Fargo Financial Alabama, Inc, dated June 30, 2008 said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Montgomery County, Alabama, in Book 3780, Page 245 . Said mortgage was subsequently sold, assigned and transferred to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee of Shorebreak NPL Trust. Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee of Shorebreak NPL Trust, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse in Montgomery County, Alabama on November 10, 2025, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following describe real estate situated in Montgomery County, Alabama, to-wit:
