Farkus, deceased, who died on or about the 11th day of June, 2025: You are hereby notified that Ronald Farkas is the currently acting Trustee of the George J. Farkas Amended and Substituted Revocable Trust Agreement dated September 22, 2004, as Amended and Substituted. Any action to contest the validity of the trust must be brought in the District Court of Johnson County, Iowa, within the later to occur of four (4) months from the date of second publication of this notice or thirty (30) days from the date of mailing this notice to all heirs of the decedent and beneficiaries under the trust whose identities are reasonably ascertainable, or thereafter be forever barred.
