BID NOTICE HAMILTON TOWNSHIP   SEALED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND OPENED BY THE HAMILTON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS at the regular monthly meeting to be held at the Municipal Building at 229 Fenner Ave (PO Box 285), Sciota, PA, 18354 until 4:00 pm on Monday, October 14, 2025 for the following (all are more or less): 100 tons 2A Modified; 50 tons #3; 200 tons 9.5 MM Warm; 50 tons High Performance Cold Patch; 1500 tons Anti-Skid 2 and 100 tons Surge. Bid proposals must be on forms furnished by the Township, which can be obtained by calling (570) 992-7020. The Township will only accept a complete bid on all items. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the township. The above material is to be bid F.O.B. plant and to be picked up at the convenience of the Township. A standard per mile rate will be added to each bid to determine the low bid on a total cost basis. The successful bidder will be required to post 50% bonding, as required per PA DOT specs, within 20 days of the awarding of the contract.
