LEGAL NOTICE   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Warwick Township Council will hold a public hearing on October 20, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. Warwick Township administrative offices, 1733 Township Greene, Jamison, PA 18929, for the purpose of considering a Conditional Use Application filed by CJTY Management, LLC for a parcel of land located at 2581 York Road in Warwick Township, more specifically identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 51-010-018-002. The Applicant is seeking a conditional use pursuant to Sections 195-60.K(4)(a)[2.a], [2.b] & [2.c] a to permit the crossing of Zone 1 and Zone 2 through the riparian corridor and to permit the installation of such lines along the riparian corridor for a luncheonette business.
