Elwell and Jonda E. Elwell of 3323 Ruppert Road, York, PA 17408, Tax Map IF, Parcel 03J, in the Rural Conservation Zone, for a variance pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Sections 133-53 & 133-10 (E) to allow in encroachment into the side setback under Section 133-10 E of the Zoning Ordinance.
