JOSEPH County, Indiana, in Cause No. #71C01-2503-MF-000089 wherein GREENSPRING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CA-PACITY BUT SOLELY AS AD-MINISTRATOR OF RMH 2023-4 TRUST was Plaintiff, and UN-KNOWN HEIRS AND LEGATEES OF JOANNE E. TEZICH; (DE-CEASED); RUTH TRINKLEY; GREGORY TEZICH; ROBERT TEZICH; GEORGE TEZICH, KNOWN HEIRS OF JOANNE E. TEZICH (DECEASED); COP-PERFIELD II HORIZONTAL PRO-PERTY REGIME N/K/A COP-PERFIELD VILLA ASSOCIATION, INC., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of November, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, via www.zuesauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in ST.
