PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Auburn Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 in the Planning Board Meeting Room of the Town Hall, 104 Central Street, Auburn, MA on the following proposed amendments to the Auburn Zoning Bylaw:
7:00pm Addition of Section 14 Traffic Study Bylaw to the Auburn Zoning Bylaw adding regulations governing how a traffic study is conducted.
7:05pm Petition to the Town of Auburn to designate Whitman Bailey Drive shown on the plan prepared by Lenard Engineering, Inc., entitled Windmill Estates, dated April 8, 2015, and recorded at the Worcester District registry of Deeds Plan Book 56992, Page 139, containing 53 pages. The length of Whitman Bailey Drive would be approximately 960 feet.
Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter should participate at the date and time designated or submit written comments.
