A petition has been presen-ted to said Court by Jennifer Landine of Ashburnham in the County of Worcester representing that he hold as tenant in common undivided part or share of certain land lying in Ashburnham in said County Worcester and brief-ly as follows:
A certain tract of land on the northerly side of Hillandale Road and easterly of Corey Hill Road in Ashburnham, Worcester County, Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the most southeasterly corner there-of at a point on the sideline of said road and at Lot 30 on plan hereinafter referred to:
Thence by the sideline of said road on a curve to the right having a radius of 750 feet, westerly 114 feet, to Lot 32 on said plan;
Thence by Lot 32 North 0° 18’ 50” East, 221.32 feet to the place of beginning.
Containing 21,826 square feet of land, and being Lot 31 on Plan of Land in Ash-burnham, Massachusetts, owned by Ashburnham Realty Trust, dated December 8, 1964, and duly re-corded with Worcester Nor-thern District of Deeds in Plan Book 132, Page 10.
Setting forth that he/she desire that all the aforesaid described part of said land may be sold at private sale not less than Four Hundred Fifty Thousand ($450,000) dollars, and praying that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appoin-ted to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided ei-ther at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Wor-cester before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the Twenty-First day of October, the return day of this Citation.
