Notice is hereby given that the Dennis Select Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025 at 5:05PM to discuss the application of Down Cape Engineering on behalf of their applicant Joseph and Claire Logan of 73 Dr. Lords Road Dennis. The applicant is seeking approval for Access Over Town Property via Corporation Beach parking lot to expand the existing revetment wall and construct a new wooden walkway and stairway to beach.
