CITY OF TWO RIVERS PUBLIC NOTICE Ordinance No. 25-187 – Amount of Sewer Service Charges On September 15, 2025, the City Council of Two Rivers enacted Ordinance No. 25-187, which repeals and recreates Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 5 of the Municipal Code entitled "Amount of Sewer Service Charges." This ordinance modifies fixed monthly rates, additional user rates, and volume charges. It also establishes a new Equivalent Meter Table to determine fixed charges based on meter size. Updated rates include: Fixed monthly charge: $19.85 per userVolume charge: $5.80 per 100 cubic feetAdditional unit charge: $13.85 per living unit per monthCategory B surcharges for higher concentrations of BOD, suspended solids, and phosphorusEquivalent meter charges ranging from 1.0 for 5/8"–3/4" meters to 50.0 for 6" meters The ordinance takes effect on January 1, 2026.
