PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Davis & Associates, LLC D/B/A Davis Enterprises (the "Applicant") has applied to the Evesham Township Planning Board seeking an amendment to a condition of approval for preliminary and final major site plan with a site plan waiver and bulk variance relief to permit 25% of the existing building square footage to be utilized for restaurants, within the Promenade at Sagemore, where only 20% is currently permitted for restaurant use under the Applicant's prior approvals (the "Application"). The property is located at 500 Route 73 South and further identified as Block 33.11, Lot 1 on the Township of Evesham Tax Map (the "Site"). The Applicant further seeks a bulk variance from Township Code §160-32 which provides that a total of 2,066 parking spaces for the entire shopping center would be required under the Township Code when calculated inclusive of the proposed additional restaurant use and applying the parking ratios for the various shopping center uses as set forth in the Code, whereas 1,313 parking spaces are existing. No further variances have been identified at this time but the Applicant requests any and all other variances, exceptions and waivers as may be required as a result of review and recommendations of the Board or its professional review staff.
