WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Mortgage from PAULINE M PLUMMER, A SINGLE WOMAN, AND THOMAS MARK JACKSON AND PAMELA D JACKSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR FIRSTBANK, on the 29th day of September, 2021, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama, on September 30, 2021, at Instrument Number 3528566, Etowah County, Alabama Records, said Mortgage having subsequently been transferred and assigned to PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, by instrument recorded in the aforesaid Probate Office; notice is hereby given that the undersigned PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the Etowah county courthouse located at 800 Forrest Avenue, Gadsen, AL 35901 in Gadsden, Etowah County, Alabama, on December 4, 2025, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Etowah County, Alabama, to-wit:

LOT NUMBER SEVENTEEN (17) OF THE AKRIDGE SUBDIVISION TO GLENCOE, ALABAMA BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: TO REACH THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF SAID LOT COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER AND RUN SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID QUARTER 407.0 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT ON THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID QUARTER; THENCE WESTERLY A DISTANCE OF 295 FEET TO A POINT WHICH IS THE POINT OF BEGINNING TO DESCRIBE SAID LOT; THENCE CONTINUE IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTHERLY A DISTANCE OF 374.35 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF JIMMY DRIVE; THENCE EASTERLY AND ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID JIMMY DRIVE A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY A DISTANCE OF 367.53 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF DAID LOT SEVENTEEN (17); BEING A PORTION OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER IN SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 12 SOUTH, RANGE 7 EAST IN ETOWAH COUNTY, ALABAMA.
Said legal description being controlling, however the property is more commonly known as 1117 JIMMY DR, GLENCOE, AL 35905.

This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure. The Mortgagee/Transferee reserves the right to bid for and purchase the real estate and to credit its purchase price against the expenses of sale and the indebtedness secured by the real estate.
