NOTICE OF COURT ACTION TO FORFEIT LAND INSTALLMENT CONTRACT TO: Andrea Hinckley The foregoing person will take notice that a Complaint to Foreclose Real Estate has been filed against her in the Ashland County Court of Common Pleas, in the case of Main Street Bank fka Wayne Savings Community Bank, Plaintiff vs. A & M Truck & Trailer Repair, Inc., et al., Defendants, Case No. 25-CFR-084. Said Complaint alleges that Andrea E. Hinckley is obligated on a promissory note and commercial loan agreement in the amount of $711,704.90, plus interest, late charges and any disbursements from March 24, 2025 at the rate of 4.999% per annum, which is secured by two mortgages; that said note and loan agreement are now in default; and that Andrea E. Hinckley, A & M Acquisitions LLC, A & M Realty Holding Corp., A & M Logistics, Inc., A & M Truck & Trailer Repair, Inc. Ag Credit Agricultural Association, Sunrise Cooperative, Inc., and the Ashland County Treasurer may assert an interest in said real estate. The Complaint further demands that the Court determine all interests in said real estate and to order foreclosure upon the same.
