NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS   The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is accepting proposals from qualified businesses for the Purchase of Paratransit Service Vehicles (RFP# 25-044). Submissions will be received through COTA’s online Procurement and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Management System portal at https://cota.dbesystem.com until 2:00 p.m. on November 3, 2025. Prospective vendors are encouraged to visit the portal to download the specifications/scope of work for this opportunity and register for notification of future solicitations.
