PUBLIC NOTICE   Notice is hereby given that the Pender County ABC Board has received an offer to purchase the parcel (PFN 3229-73-1707-0000) consisting of 0.31 acres, more or less. and being further described within that certain deed recorded in Deed Book 403, at Page 625 of the Pender County Registry and located at 207 U.S. Highway No. 117 Bypass South; Burgaw, North Carolina. The offer is Three Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand & 00/100 Dollars ($385,000.00). A buyer's due diligence period up to October 25, 2025, with closing to occur within ten (10) calendar days thereafter.   This offer is subject to upset bids with the upset bid process being set forth herein this Public Notice. The upset bid period is for a period of ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this Notice unless the tenth (10th) calendar day is on a weekend or legal holiday then to the next business day thereafter, any person or entity may raise the bid by not less than ten percent (10%) of the first one thousand dollars ($1,000) and five percent (5%) of the remainder. Such person or entity must deposit with Pender County ABC. Board a deposit of five percent (5%) of the total increased bid and the property would then be reach/erased to receive additional upset bids. The Pender County ABC Board reserves the right to reject any and all offers.
