TOWN OF SWANSEA PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   In accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws, the Swansea Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Swansea Police Department, 1700 GAR Highway, Swansea, MA, to consider the following proposed amendment to the Swansea Zoning By-Laws:   Amending Section 265-4.1C (Commercial Uses) by eliminating therefrom the words “marijuana social consumption establishment (primary or mixed use).”   Copies of the proposed amendment are available for review at the Planning Board Office, Swansea Town Hall Annex, 68 Stevens Road, during regular business hours or via email at cparayno@swanseama.gov.   Any person interested or wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
