ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL c.149 Over $150K   The SOUTHBRIDGE HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the ARPA FF: Security Cameras at State Aided Development: Quinebaug Plaza (667-1) 60 Charlton Street, Southbridge, MA 01550 Dresser Park Apartments (667-2) 150 Main Street, Southbridge, MA 01550 School Apartments (705-1) 68-70-72-74 School Street, Southbridge, MA 01550 in accordance with the documents prepared by ROGUE ENGINEERING AND DESIGN.   The Project consists of but not limited to: Installation of a security system including interior and exterior cameras, new NVRs, and internet/VPN interface for remote operation and viewing.   Includes new power requirements for camera head-end equipment and POE IP camera systems.   The work is estimated to cost $278,000.00.   All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 10/16/2025 at 2:00PM EDT for general bids.   Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.   THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
