Notice is hereby given in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A (Zoning Act), Sections 9 and 11, and the Hanover Zoning Bylaw, Section 6.200, Commercial District, 6.230 Uses Permitted by Special Permit, that the Town of Hanover Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 20, 2025at 7:00 p.m. at Hanover Town Hall and also via Zoom video call for the purpose of hearing the applications of Dr.Christopher Whelan, 106 New State Highway, Raynham, MA 02267. The applicant is requesting a Special Permit Approval to operate an Urgent Care Facility. The owner of record is Hanover Washington Limited Partnership, 625 Mt.Auburn Street, Cambridge, MA 02138
The site is located at 1207 Washington Street, Hanover, MA 02339, and is further identified as Assessors’ Map 24, Lot 16, consisting of about 3.16 acres in area. It is in the Commercial District.
