Town of Southbridge Notice of Public Hearing Urban Renewal Plan – Major Amendment October 20, 2025 at 6pm The Town of Southbridge will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M in the Robert G. MacKinnon, Council Chambers, Town Hall, 41 Elm Street, Southbridge, MA on October 20, 2025. The purpose of this public hearing is to allow the public an opportunity to provide feedback on the Urban Renewal Plan – Major Amendment as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 121B, Section 48. The Urban Renewal Plan – Major Amendment can be viewed at the following website: https://www.ci.southbridge.ma.us/742/Urban-Renewal-Plan---MajorAmendment-202. The Town encourages any member of the public wishing to provide input and be heard to attend the public hearing on October 20, 2025.
