The premises described in the mortgage from Myron F. Rose and Roxanne M. Rose dated January 9, 2009 and recorded in the North Providence Land Evidence Records at Book 2546, Page 207, as affected by a Loan Modification in Said Land Evidence Records in Book 3145, Page 237, will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on October 23, 2025 at 1:00 PM on the premises, by virtue of the Judgment entered on August 21, 2025 by the Providence Superior Court, Case No. PM-2024-04043, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
$5,000.00 certified or bank check is required to bid. Other terms will be announced at the sale.
The Mortgagee hereby gives notice of its intention to bid at such sale or any postponement or adjournment thereof as authorized by said Judgment.
The sale and mortgagee’s delivery of a deed to the successful high bidder at the foreclosure sale is subject to the entry of a final order of the Providence Superior Court in the above matter approving the sale to such high bidder.
