The ZHB of Millcreek Twp. will meet in public session, Wed, Oct,15, 2025 @ 7pm in the Twp. Bldg.,81 E. Alumni Ave., Newmanstown, Pa, to hear a petition for Special Exception/Variance from Upward Broadband LLC & Ambassador Towers LLC. Petitioners are equitable lessees/tenants of the 2.27-acre property, GPIN: 24:2401335-364323, 176 Cocalico Rd., or W of Cocalico Rd., Robesonia, Pa., Millcreek Twp. The property is located in the E-1 Zoning District. Petitioners propose a communications tower. Special Exception is sought to Section 13.03A and dimensional variances are sought to Sections 21.02.F.9, 21.02.F.10, and 21.02.F.5. of the Millcreek Township Zoning Ordinance.
