PUBLIC NOTICE The Commander, Southeast Coast Guard District, has received an application from Manatee County, Florida, requesting approval of the location and plans for the construction of a bridge over Manatee River, mile 15, on Fort Hamer Road, near Parrish, FL. The project proposes constructing a fixed two-lane bridge to match the existing fixed two-lane bridge. Traffic on the existing bridge will change from bidirectional to northbound single-directional, and the proposed bridge will be southbound single-directional.
