• Scope of Work - The Work of this contract involves construction of a Resealing the existing parking lot which is Approx. 28,348 SF. Restriping the handicap and general parking spaces. Replacement of all 204 windows with vinyl, single hung units. Replacement of all unit doors with clad wood panel doors with hardware. Exterior storm/shutter doors are to be ½ light panel ventilation storm doors with hardware. HUD Federal procurement and contract requirements (with certified payroll), bonds and insurance requirements apply. The Work of the Project is defined by the Bid Scope Documents.
• Documents – Project Manual and Specifications, and Drawings will be available October 29, 2025, for no cost digital download or for the cost of printing if a hard copy is requested, or may be viewed at a pre-arranged time at:

• A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held October 14, 2025, at 2:00 pm (CT) in the Architect’s Conference Room. Bidders who are registered with the Architect may also attend on-line via MS Teams.
• The last day for questions will be October 15, 2025, at 3:00 pm (CT), and the last Addendum will be issued October 16, 2025.
• Sealed Bids - may be mailed or delivered to PCHA at 2315 Ruth Hentz Ave., Panama City, Florida 32405, and must be received by 2:00 pm (CT) on October 23, 2025. Oral, telegraphic, or electronic proposals will not be considered. Bids will be opened in the PCHA Conference Room.
